Pec pod Snezkou – Eight-seat funicular to Snezka Mountain will go in the same corridor as the contemporary. The lane from Pec to Ruzova Mountain will be longer. "Inhabitants of Pec want to remove the departure station to the object Lesovna, closer to the town centre“, said the director of the Giant Mountains National Park management – Jiri Novak.
The present funicular serves out
The new equipment will replace the old two-seat funicular. The old one went first time in 1949. Discussions about its change took several years. And the result is the actual agreement about its reconstruction.
