Trail in the western part of the Giant Mountains. On this trace between well-known towns Harrachov and Jilemnice are many beautiful points with panorama views of the western Giant Mountains. The trail has one long ascent and one short technically difficult discent from the chalet Dvoracka (about 15 % inclination) on soft surface.
Start is in Harrachov, centre of ski jumping in the Giant Mountains. From the downtown, there is a trail to the western direction and further on the main street towards Jilemnice. From here follow trail No. 4 with a difficult ascent to Certova mountain. From the top of Certova mountain and from the path to the chalet Dvoracka is beautiful view to the western part of the Giant Mountains. From the chalet Dvoracka is a long downhill ride to the town Jilemnice. The first part (500 metres) is technically very difficult. Or you can continue towards Rezek and then to Jilemnice.
Easier variant is to use the chair-lit to Cerna mountain. The whole trail is then about 6 km shorter and is easier.
